These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Meeting Recall mobile application (“the App”) provided by Meeting Recall (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Meeting Recall is a mobile application that allows users to: Record audio meetings, Store recordings locally on their device, Organize recordings by date and meeting context, Share recordings with third-party services such as Google NotebookLM. Meeting Recall does not provide built-in AI transcription or summarization.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Recording Consent
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to record conversations. Laws regarding recording vary by jurisdiction. Some locations require consent from all parties. By using the App, you agree that: You will obtain all necessary permissions and consents before recording. You will not use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
3. Local Data Storage
All recordings are stored locally on your device. We do not store your recordings on our servers. You are responsible for: Backing up your recordings if needed, managing storage on your device. Deleting the App may result in loss of recordings.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may allow you to share recordings with third-party services, including:Email providers, Cloud storage platforms Google NotebookLM. We do not control and are not responsible for how third-party services handle your data. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
If you subscribe to a paid plan: Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s account settings. We do not handle payments directly.
6. No Guarantees or Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”We do not guarantee That recordings will always be error-free, that the App will be uninterrupted, or that it will be compatible with all devices or operating systems
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meeting Recall shall not be liable for: Loss of recordings or data, missed recordings or recording failures, any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding user-generated content) remain the property of Meeting Recall. You may not: Copy, modify, or distribute the App, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at: https://getmeetingrecall.com/terms Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Georgia/United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
